Why the Muddy Smille?

Hey y'all!!!
Welcome to my blog. Its purpose is to share my thought on life, joy, and passion. I hope to be able to be me thought writing, Although i enjoy writing i am a terrible speller and my thoughts are VERY spasmodic and so they will not run together a lot of the time, so be prepared. But i come from a family of very advanced and exceptional writers, which dose not bother me it only encourages me more to become one of the greats in my own fun way. Many of my first blogs will most likely be from the past but i did not want to post them on facebook.

The reason that i named my blog the muddy smile is because i would like to incorporate this in my journey of life both positively and negatively. I want to not have a muddy smile spiritually or emotionally. I never want to be one of those people who acts like life is fine when its not. I am not going to tell you "Oh yes I'm doing good." When i am going thought hardship. I refuse to be plastic and fake. Yet physically i don't mind having a muddy smile. I want to find joy in all i do. I have mud all over me, yet laughing at how i look and how i got into that position. I want to impact with a smile, one filled with grace and beauty even in the sight of mud being on it. I intend to live life to the fullest with good friends and family surrounding me encouraging me to be me and to encourage all around me to have a muddy smile physically but not mentally.

I also want to symbol of mud to always be on my mind because of these verse...
1 I waited patiently for the LORD;
he turned to me and heard my cry.

2 He lifted me out of the slimy pit,
out of the MUD and mire;
he set my feet on a rock
and gave me a firm place to stand.

3 He put a new song in my mouth,
a hymn of praise to our God.
Many will see and fear
and put their trust in the LORD.

These verse comes from Psalm 40: 1-3. I was lifted out of the mud and was cleaned in my lord bloody and put in a robe of righteousness. I never will forget that i am his and that he choose me and no matter what i do i will always be his.

The symbol of a smile is this....

`May the LORD bless you and protect you.
May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you.
May the LORD show you his favor and give you his peace.'

The way i know it is.....

May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May his face shine down upon you.
May he be gracious unto you and give you peace.

This blessing is from Numbers 6: 24-26. I love this blessing, its actually what my pastor says to release us from church every Sunday. I have a necklace that my parents brought back from Germany from this summer that is a symbol and the paper that it came on had this blessing in German. I wear it almost everyday. What a wonderful reminder of one of the may things that God has done for us.

To end my first post i want to bless you with this blessing and to say have a wonderful muddy smile week. :)

So...
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May his face shine down upon you.
May he be gracious unto you and give you peace.
Amen.
